منذ ست ساعات تقريبا وخبر بيان العلماء السعوديين يتصدر الفصحة الاولى من موقع ياهوو الشهير الذي يزوره الملايين يوميا، وبالطبع ذلك لسببين :

السبب الاول: اهمية البيان واهمية الموقعين عليه خاصة الشيخين سلمان وسفر، وايضا صدوره من المملكة لما لها من ثقل اسلامي.

السبب الثاني: محاولة تشويه سمعة المملكة بانها ومواطنيها يشجعون الارهاب، وانهم ليسوا اصدقاء لامريكا.

وقد وصلت التعليقات ممن قرا الخبر الى 23250 تعليق كثير منها يلوم الحكومة الامريكية على عدم البدء بالسعودية قبل العراق لانها تشجع الارهاب.

اني على ثقة بان هذا الامر كان في ذهن من وقع البيان واني على ثقة ايضا بان الشيخ سلمان العودة خاصة يعلم مخاطر هذا البيان ولكنه راي ان المصلحة اكبر في نشره.

اسال الله ان يحمي بلدنا يحفظ ولاة امرنا وان ينصر اخوتنا في العراق انه على ذلك عزيز.

Looks like we are in the early stages of what will amount to be a long drawn out religious war. Toppling Saudi Arabia will not bring about the end to the war on terror as there are too many religious fanatics in the Middle East, Asia and even here in the US and also Israel, who feel that their religion is the only true religion and all others are non believers and the enemy who must be defeated. Even if there was peace between Israel and the Arab/Muslim countries, the religious fanatics on either side would still keep on fighting. As long as there are oppressed living in slums with limited or no schooling other than what the fanatics teach them, there will always be recruits for their cause. It will be years and years of fighting and HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of deaths before any kind of real lasting peace could be achieved. As long as the developed and rich nations only throw a few table scraps out to the oppressed and poor every now and then, terror brought on by the dreams of a richer life will help keep the terrorist with a full supply of recruits. Restricting movement, limited jobs and confining people to small locations will never bring about peace either
